How can we help?
For DadTales support, email support@dadtales.app. For privacy questions, email privacy@dadtales.app.
Is DadTales medical advice?
No. DadTales is for family bonding, bedtime routines, and private story listening. It does not provide medical advice or make claims about fetal development, child development, sleep treatment, or therapy.
Can I use anyone's voice?
No. You may only use your own voice or a family member's voice with explicit permission.
Do I need to review stories?
Yes. AI-generated stories can be imperfect. Parents should review each generated story before playback, especially before using AI-made family voice audio.
Can I delete a voice?
Yes. Open DadTales, go to Voices, choose the voice, and delete the voice sample. DadTales also removes generated audio tied to that voice and clears the voice from affected stories, so you can narrate those stories later with another consented voice. Signed-in account deletion also requests removal of raw samples, derived voice models, and generated audio unless limited retention is required.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open DadTales, go to Settings, then Data controls. Choose Delete account to request deletion of parent account metadata, voice samples, derived voice models, stories, generated audio, and active sessions unless limited retention is legally required.
What if I cannot access the app?
Email privacy@dadtales.app for account deletion or privacy help if you cannot access DadTales on your device.
Does DadTales create child accounts?
No. DadTales is operated by parents or caregivers. Use nicknames rather than a child's full legal name.
How do I manage my subscription?
DadTales Plus subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings. You can restore purchases from the DadTales Plus screen in the app.
